Temperature

In addition to pressure calibrations, we can also carry out full temperature calibrations for you. This also includes removing the instrument, calibrating it, reinstalling it and putting it into operation.

We calibrate temperature instruments from -35 to 600 °C.

Instrument we calibrate:

· PT

· Thermocouples

· Hand-held thermometers

After installation, we measure the PT-100 elements and thermocouples before reconnecting them. We will agree with you in advance whether and when adjustments may be made

Finally, we can perform a walk test and function test with you to check whether the instrument is correctly connected to your operating system.

In consultation with you, we can also carry out a visual ATEX check, whereby we register the ATEX data of the instrument, check whether the instrument in question is permitted in the ATEX zoning specified by you, the correct glands and cables have been used, there is an external earthing. is necessary and we assess whether the overall condition of the instrument still meets the requirements.

By using a checklist, we check during our work whether we have skipped a step.
