Description:

Performs monthly calibrations of all factory instruments, according to Abbott's calibration management system. We also check all external calibrations carried out here.

Description:

The customer has its own calibration management software. This software has been running to full satisfaction for several years, but lacks a number of options that make working in and managing the database more efficient for the customer. We have conducted a study into the possibilities for adapting the software and provided the customer with advice.

· Calibrations filling line 2

Description:

The calibrations of all measuring equipment on filling line 2 during the stop day. By deploying a team of 6 people on this day, we were able to quickly help the customer to have all calibrations carried out in 1 day. This made the installation quickly available for production again.

· Validation of new filling line

Description:

Inventory of all instruments present on the installation, the input of the master sheets into the calibration management system and the first calibration of the measuring instruments.

Date: March and April 2021

Activities:

· Inventory, commissioning and validation of measuring equipment for Utilities expansion

Description:

Support for the expansion of the utilities. All newly installed measuring equipment has been inventoried, entered into the calibration management system, put into operation and provided with an initial calibration.
